The staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. The restaurant offered delicious Polish and European food, and the breakfast was highly rated. Noise from the corridors made it hard to sleep, and the lack of air conditioning left the room too warm at night.

Good food, overall modern and quiet place.
Clean venue with quiet location next to the bus stops. Reasonably large room with private bathroom and central heating, a work desk, and television. The stuff was affable, the bed was comfortable.

The best thing about this place was the restaurant. We loved the food. Pasta with Salmon was really very tasty.
It is on a major truck route and the noise kept us up all night. The hotel was stuffy and windows let in all the noise. There were quieter rooms and I would suggest better trained hotel staff would be aware that the street side rooms should be a last resort!

I felt the hotel lacked proper cleaning, as I found empty drink bottles left under the bed from previous guests. The pillows were so flat that they provided no support. The staff seemed distracted and less concerned about guest inquiries, often responding with 'I don't know' or 'I'm not sure,' which added to my disappointment.

Nice rooms with enough space. Nice restaurant with good plates. Good breaksfast. Internet was working very good to the rooms. Clean enviromment. Parking area.

Recommend it for family with kids
The hotel has a very nice swimming pool and a beautiful jacuzzi, but the smell in the spa is a bit off. They even let us play pool till midnight which was fun!
It wasn't cheap for what we got, but still acceptable.
